DRYiCE iAutomate provides Intelligent Runbook Automation capabilities for automating the IT Operations resolution lifecycle, specifically for events, incidents, service request tasks and change request tasks. It leverages Machine Learning and Natural Language Process capabilities for understanding the most common/repetitive issues, recommends the most relevant solutions and even resolves them autonomously.
Release 6.2 focuses on various new features, integration adapters and runbook repository enhancements.

- Support for the creation of a runbook using a Python script.
- Notifications on Home Screen to inform SMEs about job failures, stopped/paused jobs and other events.
- Mail Notifications to inform SMEs and product admins on the occurrence of any exception with iAutomate.

- Support for maintaining inventory runbooks basis the runbook tool supported
- Option to edit the inventory runbook details through the UI
- Enhancement in Related Tickets feature to display more details for similar tickets.
- Enhancement to define the Auto Execution confidence threshold at the runbook and RBA tool levels
- RBA and portal enhancement to define Connection Retry Count, in case of iAutomate cannot connect with the RBA tool; The ticket will be released after defined retry attempts.
- RBA and portal enhancement to wait for frequency for a status update in a case where it is taking too long for iAutomate to receive an execution update (in the case of the Push mechanism) from the RBA tool. In this case, iAutomate will release the ticket after a defined wait interval.
